I developed a passion for cooking when I was just 12 years old, when I successfully attempted Oxtail and Veggies with a thick gravy. Everyone absolutely loved it. It made me feel something I rarely experienced. It was the feeling called happiness. From that moment on, cooking was my get away. My inner peace and happiness. It gives me the feeling of immense joy when I see that someone is enjoying something I created.
